Cricket Campus Rail Jam Tour: Fresno

The Cricket Campus Rail Jam Tour caravan was led north in search of another product of the valley, top-notch collegiate riders.

Our quest was met with riders under the influence of Big Bear and Sierra Summit, with riders like Daniel Holloway (Red Bull, DC Shoes) Alex Turner (Red Bull, Pro Tec, Smith, Forum, Vans) and Chad Cammack (Flux, POW, Omatic, Smith, Bern) as well as riders from up north with Silas Stannard (Red Bull, Rossignal Quicksilver, 32, Neff) from Tahoe and Andrae Cameron (Volcom, Forecast Snowboards, Celsius) from Mt. Hood.

The crowd was fueled not only with the sounds of DJ Wiki, but also by the sweet goodness of Clif Bar, and Red Bull, Cricket Wireless, text to win prizes, and swag from M(t) Theory, The Board Room, Giro, Spyder, and Civil Apparel,. MC Chimpy T called out the bag of tricks of the contestants, and needless to say, the judges were more than impressed.

When the day was over Fresno State students had smiles, CBS News 47 had a story, riders had cash, and the Cricket Campus Rail Jam crew had a snowball fight with the locals.
