Bachelor Super Session Update Photo Gallery

SNOWBOARDER Magazine hosted a Super Session in Bachelor with Austin Smith, Bryan Fox, Curtis Ciszek, Louie Fountain, Hampus Mosseson and Jakob Wilhelmson. Though the weather wasn't optimal for shooting photos, it was extremely conducive to shredding pow.

What the heck is this all about! I cant beleive Bachelor gloats about this on their main page. Bachelor is run by the worst managment I have ever experienced in any business environment.

Yeah this is pretty weak shit..... I cant believe you guys would even support bachelor unless you are suck a bad rider that you would need support from such a weak establishment as this

This is my 20th season riding at Mt. Bachelor. I learned on the old Orange chair and progressed at a young age on the old Outback chair. Things have changed obviously for the worse. Under the management of POWDR CORP: *"May Day" Races are now held in April. *The season has been cut back substantially despite the best snowpack in almost a decade (used to be open July 4th). *The best terrain on the mountain (backside/NW express) has been shut down to accommodate Pro Bro Brahs "Super Sessions" ultimate terrain park (while letting the public terrain park go to shit). *Daily operations hours have been cut 3 weeks earlier than previous seasons. *Amount of grooming has decreased substantially. *My Mother makes $8.12 p/hr (all pay raises have been frozen despite rises in the minimum wage because of POWDR CORP). I'm tired of these false promises this GREEDY Corporation is "offering" to the community I love. Pretty soon Mt. Bachelor will just be a museum where no actual snowridi

your article totally sucks dick. if your session was a success use some setting shots from the actual shoot. you don't have to give your bangers away, but show a guy standing next to hames' work you total fags. i ordered your mag a year ago and i never got it. your mag sucks dick anyway....transworld, future, and the rest of your competition is better. i hate the only article i have ever read on your lame ass site. snowboardermag.com equals G to the A to the Y! you are a gay site in case you couldn't put it together. fags!

...your going to rep us like this. didn't you guys have multiple days of sun. i was at bachelor on one of the days your crew drank too much the night before and decided ingesting mushrooms would be a good idea at midnight. the next day was a foot of fresh, cold temps, and total sun. articles like this, oh wait, your so clueless i'll spell it out for you: added i photo black and white to your gay wide angled to far away shots, lame lodge depressing shots, stupid last photo of nothing as if we would say, "boy i wish i was there." this article should reassure your status as, "the follower in transworld's footsteps for good." you should be ashamed to post such a lackluster, pussy ass, poor photo and text article. snowboarder, YOU SUCK AT YOUR JOB!

Thats sick bachelor is finally getting pros back onto the mountain. Hopefully homeboy from Tahoe reads this. I know you guys are busy pushin features for the pros, but seriously make a better park on sunrise and give us a better run! Not one that we have to spend half of our time traversing accross the mountain. I would like to see a jump like the third one in the slopestyle arena 65+ft. And bachelor needs to work on the pop they put on kickers WAY TO MUCH WUTANG buddies. mellow it out. Try to give us three superbooters in a row, good for filmin.

Hahahah, pretty weak. Everyone has pretty much said it already, but seriously...there were a few sick days in a row where you guys were up here. I rode those few days, and they we're sick as fuck. I heard the hits built for ya were epic, and massive. Bachelor may be ran by a shitty corporation, but the hill itself is sick. No one can deny how dope some of the natural features are, and how they constantly change with different base pack. Curtis and the local crew, sorry dudes. Either your made out to be more than you really are, or you just got rocked.

Yeah this was the first- and definately the last year I'll ever support the POWDER CORP. Those good for fucking nothing mormon faggot ass Utah Bitches! Hey POWDER CORP- thanks a lot for shutting half the damn mountain down a month ago and now you're closing May 18th? Not like it really matters; you have what- two of your nine lifts open? Oh yeah; with over 12 ft snow at the base. And why; because "you're not making any money"? Well what about the $1000 dollar plus season passes that were sold at the beginning of the year. It sounds 2 me like you budget your money like a bunch of crack addicts. Thanks Mt. Bachelor for shitting on your local economy. Hey just so everyone knows- the "Mt. Hood Fusion Pass" is good all season for three different mountains (timberline, meadows, and ski bowl), which have night ski (Bachelor doesn't); and it costs about half the price of Mt. Bachelors' season pass. Consider that! Also, locals when you're up at Bachelor; don't forget to

Yeah don't forget to huck a fat rock through the lift shack windows on closing day! Locals revenge day! And, yes its true- the riders; well most of them did take a head full of shrooms and thats why they blew the bluebird-pow day. I know, I ate them too!!

Wow, I'm really glad people are stoked to have some of the best riders in the world, come shred and respresent Bachelor for a week. If your fed up with the mountain, then MOVE. Leave all the bullshit for craigslist rants and raves you fools. seriously give me a fucking break. Your all still riding powder and it's the last day of April. Go check the East Coast mountain cams and get back to me. This will probably never happen again because of all you greedy agro people can't be happy with what you've got. You have all done your part as well. Now Bachelor just looks like a dysfunctional family.

- Mr East coast republican (comunist maybe?); that statement is why people like you and companies like Powder Corp. are not welcome in the Pacific NW. Now go be a fag and support some gay ass east coast resort with no snow dude who cant say shit because he doesn't have to deal with it. :)

Hey guys. my name is t. bird. I'm the guy that sucks at his job, and yes, I will not defend that. I've been reading all of your comments, and first and foremost, boy oh boy can you guys hate! it makes me proud, honestly. We need people to stand up for their local resort and make their voices heard. As for the crappy photos, I feel the need to tell you that I am a writer who owns a camera and borrowed a wide-sngle lens from my Norwegian friend Espen with no idea how to use it. So, sorry. I tried. I just want you all to know that we tried to get stuff done while I was there, but the weather was really bad for 4 days. However, the riders stayed, and Pat Moore even showed up, and they got some stuff done. Check the new photo gallery by Alex Newrocky. Again, I get paid to post travel photos and stories, even if they suck, so I apologize, but trust me when I tell you that the feature will be insane. Thanks for the comments though, cause even if you didn't like it, you looked at it, and even commented.
