Windell's Getting Ready For Summer Camp

With the first summer session of 2008 right around the corner the action on Mt. Hood, Oregon, Windell’s Snowboard Camp has reached a fever pitch. The entire staff has been working double time to make Windell’s the place to be this summer. Updated rooms and dining hall, a redesigned demo center with tons of next year’s gear available to ride, and a state of the art information center featuring computers, big screen TVs and the newest video games are just a few of the improvements to look for. Head Skate Coach Jamie Weller and his crew have been working like dogs pouring new concrete skate features all around camp along with a completely new outdoor all cement skatepark. Jason Legge and his Diggers have also been busy getting everything prepped for first session—buffing out all the rails and boxes to put together one of the sickest parks Mt. Hood has ever seen.

But after all this hard work you gotta play hard too. Windell’s awesome 12,000 square-foot indoor skatepark a.k.a. B.O.B. has seen daily employee sessions go down and word around town is the infamous “Ark” is already on the local police radar (could it be the high stakes C-Lo games?) Should make for a killer summer season so break your gear out of storage, pack it up and come shred Windell’s ’08.
