Learn how to do a backflip like a pro with a little help from Minor Threat Ellery Hollingsworth.

How to Backflip

1. Drop in with a good amount of speed.

2. When you get to the takeoff, keep your board going straight off.

3. Take off, and be committed.

4. Throw your head straight back and let the rest of your body follow.

5. Keep looking back until you can spot your landing.

6. When you see your landing, bring your board around underneath you.

7. Land with your board pointing in the same direction as when you took off, and ride away.

8. Smile!
