Ms. Superpark Day 2

The sun was shining and the women showed up to play today at the Ms. Superpark 3 set up, and though it was a late start, it didn’t take much time for things to get heated as the babes shredded everything in sight.

The first feature to be attacked was the step-up over the fence, as DC’s Kimmy Fasani and Ride’s Hana Beaman charged the feature all morning. Soon to follow were Superpass winner Colleen Quigley, Leanne Pelosi, Vera Janssen and a plethora of French Canadians that checked in this morning. Tara Dakides had the trick of the day on the step-up fence gap, with a backside rodeo, but bounced hard to the flats after she landed too far to the left. Beaman landed a few fives, Vera and Leanne frontside 3’d the feature and Kimmy was stomping some killer frontside 180’s.

The second feature to be sessioned was the double-sided hip, as the girls were boosting all afternoon. After a quick lunch break, they got to it. Mercedes Nicoll was landing some slid frontside airs, and Kimmy Fasani stepped up again with some killer backside airs. Annie Boulanger was seen lofting some healthy hits, and Elena Hight countered with some sick hangtime. The hip jumper of the day had to be given to Lisa Filzmoser, whose overhead backside airs and alley-oop frontside 3’s were smooth and enormous. Lisa was by far the hungriest hippie of the day, judging by how much airtime she ate.

The wind picked up and there was the threat of the lifts closing and leaving us all up for a healthy hike out of the Mammoth woods, so the day ended rather early, but that may not be a bad thing because these girls need their rest, and judging by today’s action, tomorrow will be insane. Tonight holds great possibility as well seeing as we have some of the hottest babes in the snow world staying in the same hotel as us, and Muzzey brought a drum set and two electric guitars, thus supplying us with a band in our hotel room.
