Ms. Superpark 4: Day 1

Ms. Superpark 4 is now underway at June Mtn., CA. Fifty of the world’s top female riding talents have descended on the High Sierras for four days of sun, fun and high flying action.

Monday the 31st of March was the first day onhill. With the Roxy Chicken Jam Slopestyle event at Mammoth happening at the same time many of the top draws weren’t able to make it over for the start. Those who did make the trek north on the 395 were greeted with an optimum venue for progression. Jeremy Cooper and the JM2 park crew pulled out all the stops for the ladies. The signature feature of MS. Superpark 4 is a multi use step up, jib, bomb drop, hip that is as awe inspiring as its Sierra Nevada setting. The showcase jump line starts with a side by side table gap that measures fifty feet from the lip to the knuckle and affords those women who are man enough, the ability to transfer sixty plus from one takeoff to the opposite landing. The next feature in the double line is a dual takeoff table that measures out at sixty feet.

Little action was seen on the jumps as Kimmy Fasani and Laura Iverson were feeling out the line for Tuesday’s film session.
