"THIS ONE TIME, AT BOOT CAMP"

32 Boot Camp III went off without a hitch. It was all about powder, PBR, 32 Boots and Mission Six outerwear. The Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah, lived up to the rumors of incredible snow and bountiful tree stashes.

Here’s how it all went down...

Since the beginning of January, retailers from all over the North America were invited to spend four days at the Miner’s Club at the Canyons to check out and ride next year's 32 boots and Mission Six ‘06 outerwear.

Days started out getting amped up on coffee, cereal and snowboard videos. We'd then head up to the mountain to meet Janna Meyen, Benji Ritchie, Alexis Waite, Peter Strom and other 32 team riders. We cruised all over the mountain, taking laps on chairs Ninety-Nine 90 and Peak 5 until our legs couldn’t muster another run.

After shredding, we headed back to the Miner’s Club for an après soak, followed by sushi, wings and drinks. Happy hour attendees had the chance to win massages or gift certificates to the Dragon Lounge. Then it was off to short clinics put on by 32, Mission Six and Snowboarder, providing retailers with the low-down on next year’s gear.

By this time everyone was good and hungry, so we’d jump into the camp vans and to search out some grub at the Loco Lizard or some other hot spot in Park City. Fueling up was critical for the Karaoke that would follow. And just when it got too late, it was time to rally to the Miner’s Club for games of dice flowing PBR.

Dropped off at the Salt Lake City aiport stoked, sore and hungover, the retailers had their returning flights to reflect on stories they'd tell their friends about that "one time at Boot Camp.”
