ALEKSI VANNINEN AND THE ARTEC PROJECT UNVEIL THE AV LTD

The brainchild of Elan Snowboards pro rider Aleksi Vanninen, the new AV LTD is coming to a park near you. Born in the spirit of the Artec 1.2 and tweeked to Aleksi's finest specifications, the AV LTD is designed to own the park.

"I need a board that handles every obstacle and terrain I ride - this is that board. The AV LTD is the perfect in-between mix designed to rule it all," says Aleksi about his new board. The twin tip shape of the AV LTD makes it a versatile board. Featuring Elan's exclusive tip to tail Transfer Woodcore and V2R sidewall technology, the AV is set to withstand the nastiest park abuse and rail attacks.

Aleksi's thrown his stamp all over this board. The AV's graphics feature an Aleksi custom tag on top and base plus there's a little something extra… Each of these beauties comes with a small metal file. "The file is a little bonus, if needed, you can round off your edges with it, but of course it can be used for sharpening them as well," explains Aleksi. Also check the AV LTD custom designed Artec stomp pad and the Aleksi tagged metal plate.

The AV LTD won't hit the streets until December, but when they do you'll have to move quick. Only 250 of these will be released to select shops worldwide.
