It’s not every day that the SNOWBOARDER Magazine Jibber of the Year comes out of Laguna Beach, California, but the latest addition to the BozWrecking crew Keegan Valaika is not your everyday jibber. Young Keegs honed his skills at Bear and Mammoth, the closest peaks he could consider a home mountain, until his recent move to the snowy streets of Salt Lake City, Utah. With a signature line of Burton boards in shops, standout parts in Absinthe’s Ready, Burton’s It’s Always Snowing Somewhere, Bozwreck’s Bozwreck 2, and a Jibber of the Year title in the bag, we can’t wait to see how Keegan will test his mettle, on the metal, come next winter.

best burton jibber of the year for sure but no way best overall. Nothing against keegan, he rips, but his shots would have been B Footage for some other riders. I say Jibber of the year should be between Eikki Helgason, who had banger shots in three videos like Keegan, Jake Olson Elm, who has more switch tricks than I can count, or Jed Anderson who does everything about as proper as possible.

keegan is sick. Jed is sick too, but has a 15 inch stance, shit kinda looks wack. Eikki is for sure super close, but Keegan's shit's burlier with better style. either way, those dudes are all sick.

Keegan's awesome no doubt. I watched him grow up and the kid is sick, but Jibber of the year should go to the one and only Mr. Scotty Vine. That guy's got more tricks than Hollywood blvd. But congratulations Keegan, way to keep us SoCal guys proud because you certainly do rip!
